Hi there. I am unable to perform the 'Factory Reset' in my Infinix X551. The android logo appears though, but the screen gets stuck there and does not go to the settings options. My phone started behaving strangely. On switching the phone on, the UI screen appears and does not proceed further. Tried to do the factory reset but unable to perform that as well. Tried all options given in various videos. Will be grateful if you could guide me to some alternate way. Thanks.

You'll have to reflash the ROM (Assuming that there's no broken hardware).
