Why is my theme not reflected on the lock screen clock?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy j7 2018 & no matter what theme I apply, the clock on the lock screen stays exactly the same. I downloaded themes that show the clock in a pretty font or colors & when applied, everything changes except the clock on the lock screen. I cannot find any info on this other than how to change the clock format which is easy & not the issue. Please help!

Probably have to contact the developer of the theme
