Any way to use mouse/keyboard for a phone?

So i dropped my LG V20 and it seemed fine at first but within 30min the touch screen had completely stopped working. Everything else is fine. I did some research and i saw that a computer mouse or keyboard can be attached to a phone. Any idea how I can do that with usb 3.0? i'm trying to see if there's a way to do it without buying a dongle

Should be able do Bluetooth mouse also ?

The problem is that if a Bluetooth mouse wasn't previously set up, the OP won't be able to set it up now, since the touchscreen isn't working.
