How do you activate the hidden menu on a lg tribute royal? And I keep losing data connection.

I've tried turning on airplane mode, restarting, power off, and it still drops. I guess thats pretty much it. Lets see if the administrator will ket me post this now. see

Welcome to Android Central! What hidden menu are you referring to? The service menu that you can activate on some phones by typing a certain code into the dialer? Are you trying to access this hidden menu because you're having problems with your data connection? There are plenty of reasons why you might have problems with your data connection, and most of them don't require accessing the service menu. What have you tried so far, and have you spoken to your carrier about it?
