No data connection after update to Android 10

[Android Central Question]

I have a Nokia 7 plus which has just updated to Android 10. After the update I cannot get any data connectivity. It's ok on WiFi, bit nothing over 4G. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier are you on? Did you check to make sure the APN settings are still correct for your carrier?

Thanks for the reply. I am on Mobifone, one of the main carriers in Vietnam. I saw another discussion about the same problem which suggested changing APN settings, but this was a different phone brand and network. The same options were not available to me.
