Flashlight doesn't work. It says it's being used by another app

Hi, and welcome to Android Central Forums.

It's hard to say what app might cause this but the camera apps also use the LED. If you run it in safe mode as previously suggested and it doesnt do it then we can assume it's a conflicting app. If it still has an issue in safe mode then it could be a hardware issue.

Welcome to Android Central! You should be able to see which apps have Camera permission in your system settings, and target those as potential culprits.
