My android i have no idea whats wrong

[Android Central Question]

So it seems my phone was stuck in a boot loop it would turn on but would instantly turn off nnot even getting to the home screen and now there is a blue screen that pops up every now and then withh and android saying installing then saying no connection , i reset my phone and tried to go into recovery mode but it yot worse il turn it on it will say recovery booting and turn back off in a few seconds and every now and then it will do the blue screen with the android I mentiond earlyer

Has anyone experienced this problem or had somthing similar im on a tight bugget and cant really aford the shop but i also need my phone
