Having trouble saving pictures to sd card

[Android Central Question]

My daughter has the galaxy j7 and when I try to move her photos to her sd card how all the videos say . When I hit the menu button there is no move button. The only one there is move to Secure folder. How do I get it to say move to sd card?

Try from file manager , called My Files

Welcome to Android Central! Which app are you using to move the files? Are you sure the phone recognizes the card?

Also, when transferring files, I strongly recommend the Copy command not Move, in case something goes wrong with the operation. If something does go wrong and you used Move, the source files will probably be lost as well. If you use Copy, the source files are left alone.
