Do any of you know how to activate the predictive text on the phone. I have tried doing it manually but for some reason it does not predict any words. Keyboard is pretty nice with the dedicated number row.

Do you know for sure that it has predictive texting? Not every keyboard has that feature

Should be on my default!? Mine has been working out of the box. Did you go to language and input in settings!?

yes it is enabled but it does not show up. changed to swiftkey now :/

I was going to say to use Swiftkey. Don't forget to change the layout so you can swipe with one hand more easily.

Weird. Mine has been working perfectly (though I went back to Google keyboard new). You sure the setting is correct and you're in the correct language mode? I do remember when the language/locale was set to Taiwan on my Taiwanese version 1 gen ZenFone, though it still shows English keyboard they do stop predicting.
