Are t bone accidents repairable?

Hi, I was in a t bone accident and the rear quarter panel on the passenger side is badly dented. Does anyone know if this is repairable? Can shownpictures but not sure how to?

I moved this to the Automotive Lounge. I'd offer an answer, but it'd probably be something like starting the car in Safe Mode, or wiping the engine's cache partition. Fortunately, we have at least a couple of automotive wizards on our crew (mustang7757 and Golfdriver97)!
