How much for a BlackBerry KEY2 LE replacement screen?

I just got an estimate from a shop that said 175-200... that seems high? I really don"t want to spend over 100. Has anyone had one repaired for cheaper? Or done themselves at home? Any advice appreciated, thanks.

This definitely seems like the type of question that would get more answers on crackberry. Try there and see what the forums there have to say about it.

Does that include installation? Depending on how labor-intensive the repair is, it's still a little on the high side. You've got to keep in mind, a shop has a lot of expenses, thus a pricey repair.

Errr, I just saw you specified the LE model. Mobile Defenders doesn't have that screen.

Definitely high. This repair goes for about $100 in my area.

Phone was produced in very limited numbers, and some indications that they bought up a lot of spare parts towards the end, to monetize them into full devices.
