What is this small dot on the bottom left side of my S6 Edge screen?

Small dot on bottom left side of s6 edge screen

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S6 edge yesterday and there is a small circle on the bottom left side of the screen and I don't know how to remove it I took a screen shot of it and it didn't appear in the picture

Hi I wonder if any of you you have found a reason for the black dot? I bought the phone online and found a semi circle black dot on the left side of edge screen. Wonder if it's manufacturer problem? Tried swiping between pages it's definitely there so not a software problem

I got the same issue. Did you fix it or got it replaced.

Hi

I can find hardly anything about this, even months after this thread.

I got a new S6 edge a couple of days ago.

picture attached.

Found another picture online with the same semicircle but further down the same edge.

It's not on screenshots (though the edge feature control strip is), and it's there even if I use the hardware test to display whole screen green or red whatever.

Did you ever find out anything?
