My Galaxy S4 screen turns green and black, why?

My Galaxy s4 screen turns green and black

So yesterday at about 4:50p.m. I dropped my galaxy s4 from about three feet on the top left corner. there are a few cracks on the inside of the screen it looks like but I cannot feel them. I have tried taking the battery out (for 10 minutes) i have tried to factory reset the phone by holding the home, volume up, and power button (a few times) those are the only methods I have tried. The thing that gives me hope is that the led light on the top left of the screen still turns blue and red. also it still vibrates when I hold the power button. I hope you guys can give me tips on how to turn it on because I am supposed to turn it in for my new phone.

Welcome to Android Central! Either a connection came loose, or the screen has been damaged from the fall. You could try opening the phone up and checking the connections. But if those look ok, then the screen would have to be replaced. Sorry!
