Nexus 7 2013 blank screen?

Nexus 7 2013 blank screen

My nexus 7 wasnt charging so replaced the daughter board, had 5 flashing lights to start with but then it seemed to charge as my computer recognised it was plugged in. But... the screen is black and cant see anything, ive tried the following:

Charge for a few hours
Hold power button for 30 seconds
Disconnect buttons for a few mins

Running out of ideas now

If you have replaced the daughter board, ensure the screen connection is fully mated to the board. Make sure there is no damage to the cable ribbon.
