Bionic SD card wierdness

SMS to Text is the second app that has has said it is using the SD card but the folder names displayed are actually from the Internal memory. SO I'm thinking it's not the apps but it is the Bioic iteself. Has anyone else experienced this? I know damned well when it says SD card and displays the built in folder name, especially when I have REMOVED the SD card that it's accessing some thing wrong. But I'm thinking that the Bionic must be misleading things.

I would guess that it has to do with how they named the different drives...

the internal storage is mounted as SDCARD
the actual sdcard is mounted as SDCARD-EXT

Is there a fix or workaround? Other than saying "Motorola, really? WTF?"

Thanks...as it really makes some apps not usable since they're not saving stuff where they and you think they are.
