Market needs WiFi to download or update apps

I may have missed something in my settings, but does anyone know why I must be on WiFi to download or update apps on my RAZR MAXX?
This is my 2nd MAXX, and the first one didn't have this issue, but I can't find a setting to change to make this need for WiFi connection to go away.

Go to the settings in the market and un-check update over wifi only.
