Bluetooth Sound Volume Low (In Call)

First let me start off saying I have spent about 9-11 hours today reading post after post about how to potentially correct low call volume with bluetooth and nothing thus far has worked. I have a phone that I ordered over from China (Star a919) because it's a dual sim card phone which I need for when I travel to Denmark to see my fiancee. My buddy swore up and down chinese phones were the same thing just without the name brand name within the us. I'm not going to lie I love my phone (everything but the call volume). I have tried adjusting the call volume with the rockers during the call, adjusting the volume on the bluetooth headset, volume+ (my phone is rooted), various other applications, and even some sort of #*#* hack to no avail. Is there any suggestions on what I can do?
