So when the you see "com.samsung.androis.incalliui" on someone's good history does it mean they were actively using their phone while the call came in?
AND
Can someone have a record of com.samsung.android.incalliui on their history if it shows up during a time they claim to not have their phone on them?

Welcome to Android Central! Google Activity shows when an app pings a Google account, not necessarily when the app is actively working. Apps will often periodically ping the Google account to refresh data, so this is not unusual.

If you're talking about someone else's phone, then we'll have to end the discussion here, since we do not allow discussions about invading someone else's privacy, even if it's a significant other or non-minor family member.
