How can I get rid of the little gray man in the lower right corner?

How can I get rid of the little gray man in the lower right corner. I have already gone to and turned OFF these settings:

Settings > Accessibility > Activity Menu

Settings > Accessibility > Magnification

Your help would be appreciated.

I will post the screenshot shortly.
