Samsung Infuse 4G on AT&T LTE

So I bought my Samsung Infuse 4G ablit six months ago in LA, and I asked the AT&T employee before I bought it if it would work on the LTE network when it was released. The employee was like no problem you will just need to update the phone and it will work on the LTE network once it is released. Did anyone get the same info before they bought their new Samsung Infuse 4G?

Sounds like someone just straight up lied to you. The Infuse 4G is not an LTE phone.

Yeah, unfortunately sales reps generally don't know much of anything about the products they are selling. You can't "update" to LTE. You either have a LTE radio or you don't.
