Possibly converting to droid. Car audio question.

I have been an iphone user for quite a while now and the new droids are starting to looking better than what apple is offering. My big issue is I spend lots of time in my car and use spotify for almost all my music. For my iphone I just plug it into the usb port on my cd player and all audio routes through that and charges my phone. Does android have a similar option? I have seen ones that let you access mass storage or bluetooth or through the headphone jack... but I am really just wanting one cord that plugs in and does all the above. Really doesn't have to do anything too crazy... just wanting all sounds (ringtones... everything) routed to my stereo and charge at the same time.
