How to update manually?

I have a Devour, and as most people know because of motoblurr it will no update past 1.6, is there anyway i can update the phone past 1.6 to say 2.0 and have it without motoblurr i guess or just update it somehow so i can use the newer apps on the app market? We do have a ROOT for the Devour now

Well it is possible but I do not think anyone has made a rom for that phone yet. If they do they will probably do a 2.1 ROM. Just look around for Devour Rom.

I just looked around the forums and found this in the devour section under custom roms. The bootloader is locked and you will not be able to get custom roms. So to answer your question no you cannot do that.

Thanks, or as we say in germany "dankesch?n" I guess soon we will get better apps and compatibility
