When I connect my Samsung s2 to my pc it gets recognized as a camera. When I click on it it says there is nothing on it when clearly my phone is full of things - but it comes under 0 items, no files at all.
I'm wanting to get all my things on mobile to my pc before I do a factory reset as my phone screen is locked and I forgot the password and cannot send files to pc by using my phone.
Do you know what the problem could be?
