Chnaging Android UI?

Hello guys, It's my first time here and I am TOTALLY LOST...

Anyways. I Have a Galaxy note, and I wanna change the User Interface of my phone. How do I do that? I mean the way everything looks( musics, buttons, settings, everything.) I dont if I am doing the right thing, but I downloaded some PSD files of interfaces I really liked, but I dont know what to do next.

Please explain to me.

And yes I heard you can download launchers, bt that's not what Im looking for.

Welcome to Android Central, Can you please post the pictures of what you want so people have an idea of what you are looking for so they can help you. Usually if you want to do more than what the launchers are able to do for you , you would have to Root(like jailbreaking) your device .
