How to reset Google opinion rewards account?

2 weeks ago, I downloaded Google opinion rewards, but during installation, someone else was using my device.

They filled out random things for the trial survey with zip code, occupation, age, etc.

Since then, I haven't been approved for surveys. How can I redo this information?

I have emailed the support with no reply, and have deleted and reinstalled the app, with no success.

Please Help!

Have you tried Clearing Data in Settings/Apps?

Yes, I have cleared data.

The problem is, the apps data is associated with my Google account I believe
