contact prediction

I get a contact prediction (after typing a few letters) that i don't want. its an email address that was associated with a spam/phishing (at least i think so) listing on a website i visited. it doesn't show in the people app for my contacts. so its located somewhere else? how do i erase the prediction? I've cleared caches of emails and its not from my keyboard (as you can tell from the attachment) but still pops up. any help would be great! thnx

If you've received emails from them you should also be able to add them to a blacklist. That way they can NP longer send messages, I'm pretty sure that will delete the prediction as well

ok, thnx. where would that 'blacklist' be located? both gmail and ymail? can it be done in the app or only on the desktop versions?

I use the desktop version. You'd have to login with your email and in the settings there should be an option to block email addresses
