Why do I get a notification saying that my camera has failed to initialize?

camera failed to initialize

I have an lg l7 2 and like 3 or 4 times a week i get a notification saying camera failed to initialize. Restarting my phone only fixes it temporarily, does anyone know a permanent fix???
