Why does my phone keep turning on/off?

My phone keeps turning on/off

I have a Galaxy Centura and only have had it for about 1 1/2 months. My phone keeps turning on and off. I left it charge over night but it still turns on/off. It shows that my battery has a full charge. I have taken the battery out for a little while and put back in. I also have tried to reset it to the factory settings, but it turns off/on before it can reset. How can I fix this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Is it just in a bootloop, where it boots up, you see the Samsung logo, then it turns off and tries to boot up again?

The battery might be defective, so see if you can try a new one. I would also try bringing back to the store where you got it and see if they will give you a replacement.
