How is the Samsung E7 for heavy use and will it get Lollipop?

confused about samsung E7.

I'm planning to get my aunt E7, I'm a Lumia fan, so I know little about android's performance.

is 410 enough for heavy using?
will it get android 5?
any common issues?

Its a Mid End phone , the 410 is fine por daily ise , games should work fine most of then , but its a little expensive considering the specs , Maybe you should get a Galaxy s4 which is aroumd the same price but better screen , battery , procesor , and already got lolipop 5.0.1
