why does my screen have lines through it

cant unlock my phone and its showing lines like its frozen. And my screen is cracked but it wasn't doing this until today. And my phone has been cracked for a week or two.

Welcome to Android Central! It sure sounds like all of that trauma has caught up with the phone. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop, or just get a replacement phone.
