Why cant I access my security cameras streaming on my phone?

I have security cameras set up. On my previous phone I could view live streaming on my phone from anywhere in the world. With the new Mate S , I cant . Its playing but I see no image. Call centre unable to help me. Is my phone faulty or is it a setting somewhere.
