After Flashing from Stock ROM to custom ROM the phone can't read the USB OTG & on my PC

After Flashing from Stock ROM to custom ROM the phone can't read the USB OTG and it doesnt read on my laptop, the CUSTOM ROM i've flashed has not bug like mine because other user who have flash is fine.

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried redownloading the ROM and reflashing it? Was it a clean flash?
