hello, I bought a Smartwatch from gearbest, and I have a big problem, the soft is not authorized
Whatever I tried to do a message appeares which says that in 20 seconds is shutting down .

Welcome to Android Central! What's the error message, and where do you see it? Is it saying the software isn't authorized?

I strongly recommend staying away from these cheap, off-brand/no-name smartwatches straight from China. They're not Android Wear, so they won't provide the kind of tight integration that Android Wear provides. And they're much more likely to have hardware or firmware defects. I'd contact Amazon and ask for a refund.
