Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Do you mean that you entered your backup password and it's not recognizing it? Or that you forgot your backup password, failed the unlock enough times, and the phone is now asking you for your Google credentials, but the ones you're entering aren't being accepted?

hi there I habve same problem finger scanner don't work so hav to use backup password but forgot what it is.. so I tried that google reset password link but it also doesn't work how els can I login into my note 4 agin been locked out since Monday...!! thanks any help would be greatly thankfull

Welcome to Android Central! If you fail the unlock enough times, does it ask you to enter your Google credentials?
