I had a Microsoft Lumia 640 with MetroPCS. A few days ago, I broke the screen. I went to the nearest MetroPCS store and got an Alcatel Fierce XL to replace it. While still in the store, I signed into Google and saw that my contacts had transferred.
The next day, I tried to make a phone call only to see my contacts list was completely empty. I tried syncing again, but get nothing. In the "Contacts to display" menu, when I select my email address, it just loads the email addresses of anyone I've ever emailed, and none of the contacts I actually need.
Whenever I saved a contact with my Lumia, there was an option for "Also Save to Google" or something like that which I always chose. Now I'm concerned something has gone wrong.
Also, this isn't really related, but I can't get rid of the "One Message Not Sent" notification. It seems other people on this forum have had similar/same issues.
