Hi. Looking for some positive information - we tried to publish an 18+ app that was suspended because it contained a link to a store that sells adult stuff.
We took out all the links - but the name of the local store is still in the App (just no links to it).
We have an app support website that contained a link to the store - we think this triggered a second suspension.
We have taken the secondary links out too but still the name of the store (without web address) is in the app.
We cannot see how this can be a violation of the Dev agreement.
The two suspended app entries are also 'locking' the app name so we cannot use the proper app name again at this time.
Anyone able to offer help?
Cannot speak to a human, appeals obviously have a policy of not discussing specific cases to this extent, and the Help Centre entries do not cover this as far as I can see.
