I purchased an alert tone from play store but cant fint it.

I'm new to the play store as I have had iPhones and used itunes for about ten years. Just changed to an oppo r7 - great features I managed to move most of my music(7 songs can't be played but thats no problem) so many people say it can't be done especially if your pc is Mac but it was easy, the only problem are my ringtones which seems minor but were comical and very original and put a smile on my dial. I couldn't transfer them across and I found that the play store seems a bit hard to pick an individual tone but did manage to find a fun alarm eventually and purchased it but cannot assign it as my phone doesn't seem to know where it is. I have an option to go to "custom" but that just takes me to my music and I scrolled through a few times not there either. Its only been 2 days and I'm missing itunes simplicity but hopefully Ill get over it soon.
