The Sims:Mobile is incompatible for my Samsung Galaxy A3

I've found a Sims game on Google Play but it says your device is incompatible for this version.I emailed EA but they say i need to talk to a Game Adviser but unfortunately couldn't find anything.I've forgotten my password to log-in to EA but when i create a new password it says requirements not met.
