Thank you. Never tried with any other phone. I can make and received calls and send and received texts so far with that SIM though.

Can you clarify what you're asking, then? Are you saying that the SIM Toolkit doesn't work, because it tells you to insert the SIM, even though it's inserted and functioning correctly?

Ok, and is this on your Moto G Dual SIM that you mentioned in your other threads? What's the model number (in Settings>About Phone​)?

Also, what are you hoping to do with the SIM Toolkit?
