    Hello guys ! I have a problem with my galaxy s5 new (neo) european version ... the sim card of my region sometimes working and somtimes no ... when the network of sim card gone the phone shutt down and freeze in the black screen for a while ..

    Welcome to Android Central! Have you had the phone for a while, and it only recently started doing this? Or did you just buy this phone used from someone else?

    Which carrier are you using, and what's the exact model number of the phone (in Settings>About Phone)? It might be important to see if the phone fully supports the carrier's bands.

    The phone ought to support Maroc's bands. Go to Settings>Mobile Data, and look for the option to select the carrier network -- is Maroc selected? Also, check the APN settings and make sure it's correct for Maroc:

    Thanks for response ... but bro the problem is on sim card it shows no service ...sometimes it working fine but when no service shows up the phone stuck or shutt down and freeze until i remove the battery and take it back

    The fact that it's shutting down when there's no service makes me think it's either a motherboard problem or some major firmware glitch. The phone shouldn't shut down just because the cell radio has lost the connection. You may have to consider doing a factory reset, and if that doesn't help, then reinstall the firmware using Smart Switch (http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914) or Odin (http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...interface.html).
