whats wrong with my google play store.

Everytime I try to download a game I get error retrieving information from server[RH-01]

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?


Try going to Settings>Apps, select Google Play Store, tap Storage, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager -- you probably have to tap Menu>Show System to see it. Now try again.

I saw that one possible solution was to go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, then Reset All App Preferences, so give that a try. Another one was to make sure your system date/time is correct.
