As soon as I plug charger in the table automatically comes on AND won't turn off

You tried in safe mode ? Also there a setting in developer option it will leave screen on all the time wile charging is this enabled?

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? It's possible the Power button is faulty and stuck in a pressed state. Are you able to force a shutoff by pressing and holding Power for about 20 seconds? (If it's a Samsung tablet, then press and hold Power and Vol Down for about 20 seconds.)
