Google Assistant Won't Control TP Link KP400

I have 4 indoor smart plugs from TP Link and just installed an outdoor KP400. My wife and I both have the Kasa app on our phones. We both can say OK Google and have all of the 4 indoor plugs turn on and off with no problem. I can also use Google to turn on and off the new KP400 that I just installed yesterday, but my wife can't use OK Google to operate the KP400. Is there a setting or switch I am missing to allow this?
