I just got the OTA and hit ok to install. It went to reboot and went it a screen with an open Android and it says no command. Completely stock software. Is this fixable without a PC around?

ever since my N10 updated two days ago, it completely freezes every couple of minutes and needs to be reset.

My N10 just got it's update this evening, a few minutes rebooting and it seems ok now. I'm continuing to give it little tests just to make sure there's not something bad lurking, but so far so good.

"No Command" usually means that you've got a custom recovery installed or a custom kernel that has modified some system files. As still1 said, just press volume down and the power button; it'll restart into 4.2.2.

If you have any issues with 4.3, I would recommend wiping it and starting fresh. Some update errors come from not wiping; except, I haven't seen any issues on my N4 just yet. My N10, I'll let you know once I go through that process. :)
