Am on T Mobile prepaid network(Nexus 4). Started popping "Restricted Access Changed" message on my notification tab with both voice and data access disabled. Any call I try to make is greeted with "All calls are restricted by Access control", Called T mobile and they were able to create a troubleshoot ticket for their tech to look at. Am left with a phone with no voice for how long dont know.
