I ordered my black 32GB Nexus 5 on Thursday and I cannot wait to get it this week.
I know that one of the new things in KitKat is the Full Screen Immersion Mode that developers can choose to use in the future.
But it really bugs me how much of the screen is used for the on-screen buttons when using apps.
I have both the 2012 and 2013 Nexus 7 models and do not mind the on-screen buttons on those devices but the buttons just seem to use too much screen on phones.
This is one of the drawbacks of the smaller screen Moto X too.
Check out this YouTube video which shows both the Nexus 5 and the Galaxy S4 running various apps.
I really like the fact that Samsung does not use the screen for the buttons but I hate the extra baggage that comes with their devices.
