Wireless Charging and NFC Through Case

Hello All,

I recently purchased a generic gel case for my Nexus 5 after my first scratch appeared on the screen and I am curious as to whether it can still make use of wireless charging and NFC. (The case was only $20 so if it requires some sort of conductivity, I wouldn't expect it to be included.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

I haven't used a gel case but I do use a TPU case and can use wireless charging with the Qi charger from the Nexus 4 and NFC with no problems.

OK, Thx! Maybe you just need to have a relatively thin case.
