Auto-Complete Nexus 5 Dialer

Hey guys, I saw some android 4.3.* print screens and there is possible activate a auto-complete option on dialer.
I tried to make it on 4.4.2 dialer, but was unable to.
Really doesn't have how to activate the auto-complete?

Talking about the dialer, I think that is crappy. One of my problems is with the search. For example:
If I'm searching for the number "92132-1234" and I enter "1234" the dialer won't find the number that I'm searching.
This is really ridiculous. My android 2.2 makes it!
What are your impressions about it?

Why don't you try installing some other after market apps that can do this for you like Dialapp or.... etc...

It works for me. If I dial the number or the name it finds both.

I agree. the dialler is terrible. you'd think Google would try better
