Rhino Shield bumpers

I was looking for a protective case for my new Nexus 6P. Came across these. Rhino Shield crash guard. RhinoShield CrashGuard Bumper Case - Impact Protection
Was thinking about this, because I wanted to get a carbon fiber skin, and you obviously don't want to cover that up. They say 11 ft. drop protection. The video from YouTube is below.

I wish they made their full cases for the 6P. I'm intrigued by this, but I don't like bumpers.

They do have a full case. I just don't want to hide the back once I put a skin on it.

The full case is only made for the iPhones.

You're right. Didn't look at them in depth. Was more interested in the bumper.

From pictures of this bumper it appears that the bottom of the case is much thicker than the edges of the phone, true? Seems to me that would make it lumpy to hold?

It is. But that is so it will sit level on a flat surface. It is the same height as the camera bump.

Best part of the Rhinoshield bumper (besides the obvious protection) is it allows my Dbrand skin to show through.

Love the rhino shield . I got one for my HTC 10 as well and I will continue to get one for every phone I own.

I bought the blue because I like the feel of the aluminum back. It's a bit pricey but a good bumper case. I have also used the Supcase and the Rhino Shield has a thinner feel.

Rhino Shield makes a great minimalist protective case. I had one for a while, however I'm not a fan of bumper cases so I no longer have it. I also prefer their screen protectors over others.
