Lollipop wiped out GPS function

Since upgrading (?) my N7 2013 32GB to Lollipop, the GPS is not functioning. In Kitkat, I had no GPS issues. The apps I use for GPS are Sygic and GPS essentials. Location is settings is ON. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix? Any help appreciated, as I frequently use Sygic in my business.

Are you on 5.0 or 5.0.1? Did you upgrade through OTA or side load? What steps have you taken to try to fix it?

GPS is working fine on mine (5.0.1 OTA).

5.0.1 OTA. GPS now working sometimes. Works OK for a while, then quits. If I do a power off cycle, it works for a while then stops seeing any satellites.
